Activity report features police activity digests published in local American newspapers. Each of these is a self-contained vignette of modern life; a short story broadcast as security theatre, equal parts mundane, touching, and sinister. These stories collide with slide guitar, but distorted and interrupted, like turning the dial on a radio receiver.
